Old Fasion Corn Soup: Date Added: 1 May 2011 Ingredients:

2 lb. soup rounds
1 lb. boneless stew meat
2 (1 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 medium onion. chopped fine
12 ears fresh corn
salt and pepper to taste
6 qt. water

Cooking Instructions:

In an 8 or 10 quart pot, put water, soup rounds and stew meat boiling on medium heat. Add tomato sauce, onions and seasoning. then take corn and clean and wash well. Cut corn as fine as you can and add to the soup. Cook on low to medium heat for 2 hours
